Shipping Policy

Shipping rates Orders of $40 or more ship free. Under $40, shipping is a flat $8, tracked. Rates apply automatically at checkout, and there is no code to enter. All three of our flights clear the free shipping threshold on their own.

Where we ship We ship within the United States only. Orders leave from our kitchen in the Red River Valley.

Processing time Off The Deck is made in small batches, so orders take 2-3 business days to process and pack before they leave. During restocks, market season, or holidays, processing may run a little longer. We'll note it at checkout or by email if so.

Transit time Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Transit time is separate from processing time and is handled by the carrier.

Tracking You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see a confirmation, check your spam folder or reach out.

Damaged in transit Our bottles are glass and we pack them to survive the trip. Accidents still happen. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, email us at orders@offthedeckhotsauce.com within 7 days with photos of the packaging and bottles, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Lost or missing packages If tracking shows delivered but you don't have your order, or a package stalls in transit, contact us at orders@offthedeckhotsauce.com and we'll help track it down or file a claim with the carrier.

Wrong or incomplete address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to reroute once an order ships, and packages returned due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipment fee.
